Description

Steve has over 25 years of experience in the banking and real estate brokerage business. Steve joined the firm in December of 1999 as we expanded into residential appraisals. He has served the City of Iowa City on the Comprehensive Plan Review and Update, as well as serving Johnson County as a member of the Recorder's Office Review Committee. Steve received his B.S. from the University of Iowa in 1979. Steve received his appraiser certification in 2004 and is a member of the International Right of Way Association. He is currently serving on the board of the Iowa City Homebuilder's Association.
