We have been providing general contracting and construction management services in the Tallahassee area for over 30 years. We have solid and strong relationships with many subcontractors and suppliers, under all scopes of work. Because of this, we are able to provide the best price while contracting with subcontractors of the highest caliber.

Cook Brothers, Inc. has been providing construction services to the greater Tallahassee, Florida educational community for decades. We proudly continue to provide our area's colleges and universities with new construction, renovation and historic preservation.

This is one of the oldest project delivery methods in existence, and it's still in use today. Our company was established by "hard bidding" projects and we still perform this service. It keeps us sharp and in tune with what the construction markets are doing. We think there are better project delivery methods available but we just can't seem to abandon our roots!

While we have grown as a company in order to expand our services, CBI remains true to its core values. To that end, we continue to maintain intensive involvement of the company principals in every project we undertake.
