Dennis B. Cook is a partner in the Sacramento law office of Cook Brown LLP where he has been practicing labor and employment law for over 30 years. While he represents management in all aspects of labor relations and employment law he specializes in a number of areas, specifically, prevailing wage. Before entering into private practice in 1981 he worked with the Illinois Department of Labor as well as in the San Francisco office of the National Labor Relations Board where he served as a field attorney.

Lisa V. Ryan is a partner in the Sacramento office.
