Since this time, Coolidge Corner Realty has had a leading presence in the Brookline, Allston and Brighton areas. Located in the heart of historic Coolidge Corner in Brookline, we service numerous clients with rentals and sales, while managing our own portfolio of properties.

Coolidge Properties is a full-service real estate investment company that currently owns and manages a diverse portfolio of multi-family apartment buildings and commercial/retail space. For 40+ years we have been active in the Greater Boston real estate market purchasing, developing and managing investment real estate. The firm continues to remain active in the Greater Boston market by self-managing its real estate holdings while seeking to grow its core business of multi-family housing and retail space.
