HISTORY In 1967 TEX COOL started out with only a 1963 Chevy Impala and a portable gas welding machine. In 1969 Tex designed a ladder rack for trucks that is still one of the top engineered and best built ladder racks on the market today.<br. A lot has happened in those past 26 years. Still a family business, now run by TEX'S son, Greg Cool, Tex's CoolWeld has grown but still maintains the atmosphere of family that only TEX himself could have instilled.
