For over 46 years, Ted Cooper, has built Cooper & Co. into one of the premiere General Contractors in the Southeast.

Our planning consists of pre-construction meetings, schedule development, evaluating subcontractors, establishing budgets, and assessing risk. We define responsibilities for each phase of the construction project. Finally, we develop a communication plan between all parties so everyone has up to date information on the status of the project.
