Description
In 1996, a new company, Cooper Natural Resources of Tulsa, Oklahoma, joined the list of natural sodium sulfate producers when they acquired the sodium sulfate business of Elf Atochem N.A. This business, which operated as the Sodium Sulfate Division of the Ozark-Mahoning Company, had produced natural sodium sulfate for over 60 years. The transition to Cooper Natural Resources has been smooth.
