Welcome to the official Web site for the Copahee View Homeowners Association. Located just north of the Town of Mt. Pleasant, Copahee View is a quaint, waterfront community consisting of approximately 100 homeowners. Our nostalgic neighborhood lays adjacent to the majestic waters of the Copahee Sound, located behind the Intracoastal Waterway and Capers and Dewees Islands. Having dealt an unfortunate blow when mighty Hurricane Hugo blew through in the fall of 1989, our tiny community showed its strength by getting up, drying off and reclaiming our piece of America. Since post-Hugo, our community has grown leaps and bounds. Sometimes the growth is welcomed and sometimes it's difficult to accept the northern creep of progression. But amongst all of the real estate boom, still lays a community proud of its uniqueness and tranquility. The Copahee View Homeowner's Association encourages all homeowners to actively participate and we also welcome visitors to indulge - enjoy the sights, the sounds and our laid-back attitude.
