Having worked with many engineers and architects, we understand that your reputation is on the line. Our own reputation is what has allowed us to install over 200 systems since 1989. Because we have to provide regularly scheduled deliveries year after year, we make sure our customers remain satisfied. For some installations, we install remote monitoring of tank levels.

It is a privilege to provide products and services to our customers. In this time of economic crunch, savings are paramount. For our customers with a Salt Service Agreement, we offer a Loyalty Points Program. Loyalty Points are used by the customer to receive free products from The Cope Company Salt. Customers accrue Loyalty Points as they purchase salt for their AutoBrine ® .

The Cope Company Salt started in 1968. The company provides salt products for water softeners, ice melt and food grade applications. The company has two patents on the AutoBrine ® System and delivery. Corporate headquarters are in Lancaster, PA, which provides support to customers nationwide. We also have a sales office in New Jersey. We have our own fleet of trucks for salt delivery and construction equipment for installing AutoBrine ® Systems. Our uniformed, professional drivers are helpful and courteous. Our staff is some of the most experienced and knowledgeable in the industry.

Salt pellets are the cleanest product and leave less residue in the brine tank of the water softener. Since both pellets and crystals are only producing brine for the softener, one product is not better that the other for the softener. Some water softener manufactures recommend only salt pellets to be used in their water softeners (i.e. Sears/Kenmore). Pellets tend to have less bridging (salt clumping) in these systems.
