Copeland Data Systems has always been a "word-of-mouth" type of company. We don't have hundreds or even dozens of programmers on-staff, but our respectful attitude towards personal service and our recognition of occasional pressing needs is something more easily handled with a core group of computer professionals like ourselves who realize how important these things are to you, our customer. When we do our jobs well, we create satisfied customers who, in turn, recommend us to their friends and business associates. The social network created with first- and second-degree contacts has become an accidental benefit, allowing us to recommend complimentary products and services among our customers - a sort of "B-to-B-to-B" relationship.
