Our work has resulted in increased funding and improved services for communities. We are dedicated to the support and growth of community telecommunications and community television/media centers throughout the country. We specialize in advising municipalities, educational institutions, public access organizations, boards and staff on all aspects of telecommunications including: PEG access development and management, networking strategies, I-Net utilization, equipment package and facility design, and community ascertainment and renewals.

Putting an emphasis on the planning and bidding phases, we work closely with clients and vendors to meet technical needs. We create integrated systems that serve both the experienced and novice producer in a cost-effective manner.

Paul Lind is an electronic and broadcast engineer with more than twenty years of experience working with access/media centers, educational entities and municipal governments. He negotiates franchise renewals and develops capital and telecommunication infrastructure plans. He designs, develops and implements community television/media centers. His design of systems and production environments are considered elegant, cost-effective and inviting to both the novice and experienced user.
