The Copper Cellar Corporation was founded in 1975 with the following thoughts in mind. "Serve simple foods, using the finest quality ingredients, serve guests in a clean, attractive atmosphere and make sure that the guest leaves satisfied."We still believe in this and strive to make quality improvements in the restaurants all the time through this basic philosophy. Although our restaurants share some of the same concepts, each building is different and has its own unique atmosphere. The success of each restaurant, however, depends on the same basic qualities.Our menus may vary from concept to concept, but each restaurant serves relatively simple prepared foods. We cook these dishes consistently and properly the same way every day. We always want to serve hot foods hot and cold foods cold. We always make sure that we serve all food in a timely manner, and we prepare each meal to order.
