Almost 35 years ago, the late Ferris Copper, after retiring from General Electric, founded Copper Publications and established a reputation for the highest quality writing, editing, and typesetting of technical publications. In the middle of a particular "Installation and Operations" manual, the client asked if the same document could also be translated into French. Well, it just so happened that Mr. Copper's wife Lillian was fluent in five languages and familiar with the subject matter. The rest, is history.
