CWR’s cornerstone is built around training. Certainly training our customers and contractors, but also by staying sharp with professional training for our sales force. Currently we have four Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative’s. Eric, Kealy, and Kevin also carry the unique distinction of being CSP certified as well. Our training goal is to have all sales personnel either CSP or CPMR certified.

Eric Garrington came to Corbett Wingard & Ray Inc. in 2004 after many successful years in the plumbing wholesale industry. Eric worked for more than ten years with Moore Supply Co, and Morrison Supply before coming to CWR. He completed his formal education at The University of Phoenix obtaining a degree in Business Management. Eric uses his experience in plumbing wholesale management to maintain relationships with some of the largest wholesalers in South Texas.

CWR promotes and utilizes a “pull through” sales approach. The "pull through" approach involves training our customer’s personnel and the contractor to sell the features and benefits of the products we represent. This creates a demand for the products, which rewards the wholesaler and the contractor with a better return on investment, and provides them with a professional liaison to the manufacturer.

Beth Hurley began her plumbing career in 2001 working in a manufacturing rep firm. She has worked with CWR since 2005. She uses her experience and marketing skills to support the outside sales force. She is well known in South Texas for taking care of the wholesalers that call for assistance.

The corporate office supports sales staff efforts by providing inside sales, customer service, computerized inventory control, and warehouse administration. The corporate office and warehouse support a multi state territory including Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Mississippi.
