For twenty two years, I have been honored to inspire awareness and transformation with individuals committed to creating their lives. I began as a therapist in the southern suburbs of Chicago and evolved, adding Life Coaching in 1995. Through my education and experience in both professions, on either sides of the couch or phone, I've gathered many tools of transformation that I can gift my clients. In all distinctions, I am eclectic and deep in my approach. What would you like to create? This is the question to ask yourself. Whether you are responding by speaking of a life dream, or desiring more fulfilling relationships it's important to learn how to set intention then get out of your own way in the creation process. Fear, doubt, resentment, judgment, set us all up for missing the synchronicities, inspiration and breakthroughs that are right in front of our eyes. Other eyes can see what we cannot, help us move our focus to what is working, remind us of what a powerful creator we are. This is the essence of my Coaching work.
