At Core Matters, we believe it is our responsibility and calling to be a resource for organizations that are ready to evolve from current organizational thinking and learning to a higher ethical plane that honors the innate wisdom of its human capital. We are calling this business process Quantum Business-Corporate Soul at Work . We believe that a business is a living entity and as such has a corporate soul. The soul of a business defines its core beliefs and values, which in turn drives the behaviors that create the results. Our research methodology, called Core Discovery, adapted from a process utilized at the University of Santa Monica, creates an environment that recognizes, balances, and celebrates the four components of organizational and individual wholeness: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual which we define as Quantum Self.
