Description

The qualified candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a civil engineering or architecture environment in an administrative capacity. A high school degree is required, additional education is preferred. The qualified candidate will also have knowledge and experience in the permitting process, Accounts receivable and accounts payable. All candidates should be proficient in the use of Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

The qualified candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of experience and a degree in architecture or interior design, architectural registration is preferred. The Qualified candidate will be responsible for initial design development through construction documentation for mainly commercial and retail architectural projects. The qualified candidate should also have experience in field observation, knowledge of building materials, specifications, construction techniques experience with building codes, zoning and have sufficient knowledge of engineering disciplines.

The qualified candidate for this position will have at least 7 years of experience managing multiple land development projects from inception through construction and handling the preparation of plans and specifications, contract administration and project management, with a strong knowledge of zoning issues, grading, erosion control, and storm drainage for commercial, industrial, and residential land development projects. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required, as well as a Professional Engineer License.

The qualified candidate for this position will have at least 2 years of experience and a degree in structural engineering. The qualified candidate will be experienced in the design of steel, concrete, pre-stressed concrete, timber and masonry with experience working with commercial and retail projects.
