Core-Tech leads the industry by having been the first to install a digital radiography unit for x-raying and inspecting the ceramic cores manufactured in our main plant. This machine allows us to detect any internal defects to prevent product failures in our customer’s production lines. The unit is capable of generating digital images up to 11 x 14” for viewing on a computer monitor. These digital images can also be transmitted electronically to our customers for their approval before their product is shipped.

The most popular applications for our injection molded ceramic cores include turbine components, commercial aerospace, industrial gas turbines, medical and sports equipment.
