CORE was founded in 1998 by Christopher Pagliarulo, PT, CDRS. CORE has developed an excellent reputation for providing the best healthcare to our patients. The professional staff of CORE Therapy Group, LTD are Illinois Licensed and Registered Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants. We are members of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Illinois Physical Therapy Association (IPTA), and the National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA). We also have a medical billing and coding specialist on staff to assist with any insurance issues.
