Glenn Bonagura, Partner, has extensive experience with dental and consumer packaged goods manufacturers, having served as Executive Vice President of BriteSmile, General Manager of the Gillette Company (Oral B Laboratories) and Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing of MicroDental Laboratories. In addition to his experience in the dental industry, Glenn has had consumer packaged goods experience in the United States with Unilever and internationally with Gillette. He received a B.S. in Marketing from San Jose State University in 1979.

Bob Presutti, Vice President of Sales, has over 30 years of experience in building and managing sales organizations in both the medical and dental industries with an emphasis on new product introductions. Based on his success with medical device industry startup companies he was recruited to create and lead the professional sales team for the Sonicare toothbrush launch. Under his leadership the brand became the most used, recommended and dispensed among dental professionals.

Jeff Goodman, Partner and founder, has broad experience in dental manufacturing and distribution, having served as President of Dent-X, CEO of Dexpo.com, President of ESPE America and Director of Marketing for Benco Dental. In addition to his experience in the dental industry, Jeff founded, grew and sold Business Technology Group, a distribution-oriented software developer. He received a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Muhlenberg College in 1977 and an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University in 1981.
