Description

This class is dedicated to teaching you how to work out with focus mitts and Thai Pads. It will develop strength and power, teach defensive techniques, improve footwork and sharpen striking skills through repetition, drills and combinations on the Thai pads and focus mitts. Perfect for those who want to train like a fighter without the contact!

In October 2009, CoreTactix partnered with Central Ohio CrimeStoppers, FBI and FOP to provide women a FREE 3-hour comprehensive self-defense course in response to the surfacing of a Central Ohio serial rapist. To date, owners, instructors and students of CoreTactix have donated their facilities and 100 hours of time to provide over 2000 Central Ohio women with FREE self-defense training.
