Willie’s current assignments include working with private corporations, the Federal government and “not-for-profits” in developing countries.

From the participants’ viewpoint, an important factor in the development programs is the opportunity for participants to work with senior leaders in the organization to provide solutions to real-life business challenges. This was done in a safe and learning environment, following closely the Action Reflection Learning (ARL) principles.
