Ralph Bauer serves as a principal of the Aviation Studio. He is a registered architect with over 37 years of experience in the planning, programming, design, and management of large airport terminal projects. Ralph is recognized for his ability to build consensus among divergent project stakeholders and successfully integrate complex programming requirements into terminal architectural design solutions.

Jonathan Massey is a principal of the Aviation Studio where he is responsible for the success and continuing expansion of the firm’s aviation practice. His projects include passenger terminal planning and design, airport master planning, support facility design and operational planning. Jonathan’s focus is functional optimization and a tailored and effective passenger experience. As a leader of our international practice, Jonathan has experience in project development and execution in the UK, Middle East and China.

Brent Kelley leads Corgan's Los Angeles office and has been heavily involved in major aviation projects across the country. With over 26 years of experience on a wide range of projects, he has developed an impressive portfolio and knowledge in aviation and corporate facilities. Recent projects include LAX Terminal 5 Renovation, DFW International Terminal D, and SMF Terminal B, where he served as Project Manager and Design Director for the Big Build Program at Sacramento International Airport.
