Within each of these areas, the severity of the disruption can also vary from minimal to severe. Martin has lectured in the United States, Canada and in Europe on venture capital and M&A opportunities in biotech. Martin has a broad range of experience in investment and commercial banking and trading. Prior to joining Paramount in 1992, he spent five years at Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. marketing global fixed income risk management products to European financial institutions. Prior to Chase Manhattan Bank, he was a Vice President at First Boston Corporation on the derivative product desk. Before holding that position, Mr.
