Mr. Nussbaum's practice includes all aspects of transactional real estate law. He has extensive experience in the acquisition, sale, financing, development and leasing of commercial, industrial, office, retail and residential centers located throughout the United States, including tax-deferred Section 1031 real property exchanges. Mr. Nussbaum has considerable experience in private offerings, securities and syndications. He represents both lenders and borrowers in various types of financing transactions, including commercial mortgage-backed securities and loan workouts.

Mr. Corleto is also experienced in the formation and operation of nonprofit corporations and other entities and in working with and supervising accounting professionals in obtaining tax exempt status for such entities when required.

Ms. Lent has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of transactional real estate law, including financing transactions, loan restructuring, loan securitizations and syndications, the purchase and sale of raw and developed land for residential, commercial and industrial uses, leasing matters on behalf of both landlords and tenants, and the preparation of related real property agreements such as easements, co-tenancy and co-owner agreements. She has also represented both lenders and borrowers in asset based and real estate based financing arrangements.
