We invite you to meet the Cormack Design Team: Richard Holt AIA and David Norton. Their combined years of experience working with a wide variety of residential and commercial clients will help you through every aspect of the project from planning and design to scheduling and budget. The design process for both new construction and remodeling can start with something as simple as a sketch on paper or come from a floor plan or exterior seen in a magazine. We then gather as much information as we can — site specifics, space requirements, budget, your “wish list”, etc.

Our design team incorporates your ideas and then uses 3-D software so you can easily visualize the final product. This means we are able to work with customers throughout northern New England thus facilitating the critical design stages. Led by master woodworker, Simon Thomas, we use both traditional and modern joinery methods as we manufacture your cabinets at our shop in Madison. Working with both traditional and exotic woods, we can go “beyond the norm” with applied veneers, intricate inlays or custom carving if requested.

The Wood Works team also works closely with a select group of trade associates in order to provide the greatest flexibility and a wide range of options for our clients. Our trade associates' skills encompass a broad spectrum of design capability, experience, and artistic talent.

At Cormack Construction Management, we specialize in a team-based approach to building. By bringing together the architect, the homeowner, and the construction crew, we can ensure that the needs of each partner are met and that the project proceeds with efficiency.

The Wood Works is a state-of-the-art custom woodworking shop that’s on site at our headquarters in Madison, New Hampshire.
