Description
Blane has served as a member of the Company's Board of Directors since inception. He is a partner at Hand Arendall, LLC, a regional law firm headquartered in Mobile, Alabama. Blane has been in private practice for over 25 years and has served as counsel to a number of small and medium sized companies. Blane and his firm have represented the Company since its inception.
David has been the Company's Chairman of the Board since inception; he has extensive experience in the medical device field with a particular focus on cardiovascular device markets. He has extensive experience in this field that includes working at Smith Kline, U.S. Surgical, American Edwards Corp. (AME), SciMed Life Systems (purchased by Boston Scientific), Medtronic and St. Jude Medical.
David Camp is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of CorMatrix. David is a co-founder of the company. He has an extensive history as an entrepreneurial executive in the medical device field, with a particular focus on cardiovascular device markets. He has a proven and successful track record of introducing new technologies, developing successful sales distribution networks and establishing loyal physician user networks. David has more than 29 years experience in the medical device field including working with St.
John has a wealth of experience in field force sizing and deployment. He oversaw the addition of over 600 people while at Medtronic. He worked in association with McKinsey and Company to develop an allocation model and deployment criteria. He brings that same discipline to CorMatrix and will ensure ongoing discipline and proper allocation of our sales and support resources.
He has extensive experience in the capital markets, having been in the role of CFO for eight companies that went public during his tenure, six of those being in the medical space (Cytrx Corporation, Cytrx Biopool, Medicis Pharmaceutical, EntreMed, MiMedx Group, and Dara BioSciences).
