Michael has over 20 years of experience working with healthy, troubled and distressed companies as outside counsel, general counsel, “C” level executive, turnaround consultant, and private equity investor. He practiced law in private firms in the areas of commercial finance and corporate bankruptcy from 1987 through 1999. From 1999 to 2005, combining extensive commercial bankruptcy experience with executive experience in distressed corporations, Michael was engaged by a series of public and private companies in various roles, including Chief Restructuring Officer.
