Harold brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including but not limited to; multi-family, commercial and management. He has developed projects ranging from conventional to podium structures to light retail and office buildings.

George brings 35 years of experience in developing, building and marketing premium multifamily and single-family communities on both the East Coast and in Houston. As the president and owner of Cornerbrook Development Co. his hands-on-approach and personal accountability defines our business philosophy. George is actively involved in all htmlects of construction, from the acquisition of the land, coordinating and managing the design, construction and marketing teams.

Evelyn brings 20 years of experience in real estate to Cornerbrook. 15 to 20 years of that has been in new home sales. Evelyn's philosophy is "Treat everyone as if they are family." From the first step to the last you will receive her best personal service. She prides herself in being confidential, trustworthy, and service oriented. Her primary goal is to help potential home buyers find their perfect Cornerbrook Home.
