Leadership at Cornerstone Developers, Inc. Pat Musumano - President & Owner Pat has been involved in construction and land development since 1963. A native of Connecticut, he was only 23 when founding his first building company. Pat has extensive experience in land purchasing, planning and development of both residential and commercial construction projects. Over the years, Pat has developed and built numerous residential subdivisions. His greatest commercial venture was the purchasing and remodeling of a 500,000 square foot historic office and industrial park in Connecticut.

Our group of companies has built homes in communities such as Fiddler's Creek in Naples, Marco Island, West Bay Club and Miromar Lakes in Estero, Renaissance and Heritage Palms in South Ft. Myers, and Tarpon Point Estates in Cape Coral.
