We feel this is a significant added value of having therapy at Cornerstone. Finally our therapy team possesses decades of experience in treating orthopedic injuries and surgical rehabilitation. History Cornerstone Education & Research Foundation was founded in 2004 by the physicians of Cornerstone Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, P.C. as an extension of their desire to pursue excellence in orthopaedics.

Monetary and in-kind donations help further our mission by sending surgical teams overseas, and supplying medical books, medications and equipment to those whom we are reaching. In addition to these efforts abroad, our physicians have helped bring severely injured third-world patients to Colorado to provide pro-bono reconstructive surgeries, restoring function and quality of life.

For example, we may give your health insurance plan information about your treatment in order to be paid for providing the services for that treatment.
