Schedule information is entered into the database on our secure server and all paperwork is immediately shredded for your security. Our patients are covered for liability by your already-existing insurance policy. However, if you wish, we can have a patient sign a release form, that we provide and will fax to your flight department before a flight. Patients arrive suitably dressed for business travel one hour before departure. They can climb the steps to your aircraft unassisted and require no medical assistance onboard. This is verified with their physicians.

Corporate Angel Network, founded in 1981 and based in White Plains, NY, has coordinated nearly 16,000 flights and includes over 500 of America's finest corporations in its network.

Founded in 1981, Corporate Angel Network (www.CorpAngelNetwork.org) now includes 500 participating corporations, along with a team of 60 part-time volunteers and six paid staff who work with patients, physicians, corporate flight departments and leading treatment centers to coordinate medical travel needs of cancer patients. To date, Corporate Angel Network has arranged nearly 17,000 flights, and currently provides about 160 patient flights per month.
