Limongelli has more than 15 years of strategic and legal experience representing public life sciences and healthcare companies. He became vice president, associate chief counsel and corporate secretary at Cigna Corp in 2013, after serving as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary at Adolor Corp, a biopharmaceutical company specializing in pain management products, from 2008 until 2011. He has also been vice president and associate general counsel at Cephalon and started his legal career in private practice with Morgan Lewis & Bockius.

Rowland previously served as Checkpoint’s compliance officer. He joined the provider of merchandise availability solutions for the retail industry in 2003 as a legal intern, after serving as a clerk in Maryland’s Office of the Public Defender. Rowland became a member of the board of trustees of the Perkins Center for the Arts in Mooretown, New Jersey in July 2013. He earned a JD from Villanova University Law School and a BA in psychology and philosophy from Towson University.
