We provide all participants with smart phones , equipped with calendars, alerts and planners — things we take for granted — to help them better meet the terms of their sentence and increase their chances for success. We also have 24/7 AIR Support Agents to further assist participants and supervisors. Our multi-disciplinary, high-tech high-touch approach to rehabilitation is helping to reshape lives, rebuild families, renew communities and reduce recidivism.

Moments after the Carlisle County fiscal court voted to use the AIR program, the contracts were signed and plans were made to begin enrolling participants as soon as June 15. Initially, officials estimate approximately 5-10 ex-offenders on the program, which provides state-of-the-art tracking and monitoring as well as directly working with participants to place them in housing, jobs, counseling – or other services and help they need to stay out of jail. Officials expect the savings for the county to be significant over time.

Bill has worked for large Fortune 500-size companies (Cargill and Fluor Corp.) as well as smaller, privately held companies such as Felker Brothers Corp. and Roll Forming Corp. He also has extensive international business experience working for Voestalpine, Austria’s largest steel producer.

Jeanne was employed for 21 years with the United States Probation and Pretrial Services. She has experience in both post conviction supervision and pretrial services as an officer, supervisor, and administrator and was the Deputy Chief in the Eastern District of Kentucky at the time of her retirement in 2007.
