After months of hard work, the Audinos' sparkling new facility was complete. They named it Cortland Place, after one of the many varieties of apples for which the Greenville area is so famous. In 1997, Cortland Place welcomed its first residents. The father and son team oversee day-to-day operations of Cortland Place, developing strategic plans and setting long-term goals for their thriving community. This familial approach to management distinguishes Cortland Place from other facilities, and is another example of why the future of Cortland Place shows such great promise. The Cortland Place community continues to flourish because residents of all ages are welcomed with open arms, open minds, and open hearts.
