Compassionate Solutions for Africa's Development (COSAD, Inc.) is a Minnesota based 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization devoted to human services and development through researching and promoting creative small business ideas and encouraging cultural creativity among the people of Tanzania. COSAD, Inc. was formed by a group of Tanzanian and American professionals who share the same vision and passion on Africa's welfare and the ethics of sustainable development. Our core management team comprises of project management professionals, PhD's, MD's, Lawyers, Artists, and Economists who have worked extensively in various capacities in the matters related to COSAD, Inc.'s core mission. We also have a very diverse and integrated Board of Directors, both culturally and professionally.
