Mr. Gaehring has extensive experience in construction engineering encompassing residential, commercial and institutional projects. He is responsible for engineering oversight and administration of all major construction systems and components. Mr. Gaehring holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Ms. Cheski has a multitude of experience in sales and marketing specializing in multi-family residential and senior housing. She has a gerontology certification and is responsible for marketing and sales efforts.
