Costas Provisions Corp. is a foodservice distribution company established in 1986 by two ambitious, hard-working, and dedicated friends. The company began as a distributor of wholesale foods to the local Boston area pizzeria stores. Determined to provide products with the best overall value in the industry, Costas Provisions Corp. began to expand its distribution throughout New England.

Costas Provisions Corp. is affiliated with the Bellissimo Foods group, a national network of Italian and Mediterranean Food Specialists. Bellissimo Foods is a purchasing/marketing cooperative company based in Walnut Creek, California founded in 1995. It is comprised of specialty food distributors serving North America, including Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Mexico. Presently, Costas Provisions Corp. is one of Bellissimo Foods strongest members. Bellissimo Foods has 40+ distribution centers and services more than 26,000 independent restaurants weekly making it one of the nation’s leading foodservice provider to Pizzerias, Mediterranean and Italian restaurants.
