Cotati Food Service is a 70-year-old foodservice distributor serving Northern California. With roots in the egg business, the company has grown into a full-service distributor servicing restaurants, hotels, breakfast houses, caterers, grocery stores, and manufacturers.Through the years, as the company's product line increased, the name changed to reflect that growth. Originally Oretsky Eggs, the company became Cotati Brand Eggs, Cotati Brand Eggs and Food Service, and, in 2000, Cotati Food Service. The company now offers a complete line of refrigerated and frozen foods, dry goods, and nonfood items.
