Gary Ermers joined Dean Dorton in 2013 as Associate Director of Healthcare Consulting Services. Gary has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare from public accounting to industry. He served as Chief Financial Officer for over 21 years, the most recent 16 with a large multihospital and physician regional system as part of a national healthcare system Gary has worked with large hospital systems and hospitals ranging from small rural to large urban tertiary facilities.

Jim has over thirty years of experience and accomplishments in helping businesses succeed. Since 1994, Jim has worked with professional service firms, helping them solve a variety of business problems and management issues. He focuses on helping organizations improve profitability and achieve their financial goals. Jim also specializes in providing CFO consulting services to clients in a variety of industries.

Faith has spent the majority of her career providing tax services and attest support, primarily with privately held businesses. She provides tax compliance and planning services to both corporate and individual clients in a variety of areas, including real estate, acquisitions and estate and succession planning. Her current emphasis includes family owned businesses and assisting clients in professional and personal tax situations to provide comprehensive guidance for their overall financial goals.

Mike has more than 20 years of experience in providing tax services to Kentuckiana companies. He has assisted manufacturing, natural resources, healthcare, retail, and service companies with tax planning and compliance with a focus in state and local taxation, including income/franchise tax, sales tax, property tax, severance tax and incentives and credits.

Simon has worked for international, national, and regional CPA firms in the UK and USA since 1994. He has provided audit and accounting, and management advisory and consulting services to closely held and international businesses, nonprofit organizations, universities and colleges, and governmental agencies. Throughout his career, Simon has been actively involved in the manufacturing and construction industries. Simon has extensive experience in reporting under governmental generally accepted auditing and accounting principles, and in compliance with OMB requirements.
