Mr. Epstein is a Florida licensed private investigator, who founded Counter Intelligence Services® in 1993; with his prime directive being the protection of his clients and their interests. A career experienced investigator with over 20 years of experience with national and international cases.

Besides conducting standard surveillance to obtain valuable evidence, we are aggressive yet covert with our approach. The sitting in your car and waiting method might work for basic fraud detection and observations; however being creative and making the case evolve is the responsibility of the investigator.
