David is a native of New London and is a carpenter, contractor and designer and his work has been seen in “This Old House” magazine. David has renovated and built properties in California, Colorado, Florida, Washington DC, New Jersey, New York, Vermont and New Hampshire. A graduate of Dartmouth College, David was captain of the Dartmouth Ski Team, 1976 NCAA Champion, a member of the 1978 US Ski Team and a successful actor in New York City for 20 years. His family has helped to preserve the rural character of the New London area and David is dedicated to continuing that tradition.

Ed MacNeill was born in Hanover, New Hampshire, grew up in Western New York State, and then returned to New Hampshire for college. After graduating from Dartmouth College and Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, he spent many years helping open and operate new hotels throughout the United States. Finally he settled back in New Hampshire in 1980 where he "discovered" Eastman, a four-season recreational and residential community near Hanover, New Hampshire.

Caroline, a 27 year Eastman resident, grew up in Marblehead, Massachusetts. With a Bachelor of Arts in Musicology from Boston University and a Master of Arts in Teaching, Caroline taught academically talented children in Manchester, Massachusetts and the Mt. Washington Valley in New Hampshire. Upon arriving at Eastman in October of 1982, Caroline took a different career path and pursued real estate full time at Eastman starting in 1984. Caroline has found many musical pursuits in the Upper Valley, and is a member of Bel Canto Chamber Singers and the Eastmanaires.

A Dartmouth College graduate, he is a carpenter, contractor and designer whose work has been featured in “This Old House” magazine. His family has helped to preserve the rural character of the New London area and David is dedicated to continuing that tradition. He would be honored to help you with your real estate needs.
