CountryRoad Capital is a boutique investment firm founded in late 2005 by Andrew Merkatz. In collaboration with a highly select group of Advisory Board Members, we practice a unique and focused investment approach centered around acquiring significant stake equity positions in established businesses with high caliber management teams and strong revenue visibility. The CountryRoad Capital team consists of seasoned professionals with varied and complimentary expertise who add significant value to the portfolio companies from an operating, strategic and financial perspective. As we spend considerable resources and time on each of our transactions, we select a very limited number of opportunities to invest in. We work closely with our advisory board members and management teams to build companies that generate sustainable high returns on invested capital over the long-term.
