Welcome to The Vines at Countryside! The Vines at Countryside is uniquely owned and operated by registered nurses. We are a small, Sheltered Care Home licensed by the State of Illinois, dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors in our community. Sheltered care is for seniors who do not require skilled nursing care, but do need assistance, and/or supervision in meeting their daily needs. We are committed to offer excellent, professional care in a safe, pleasant, social environment. Our intimate setting promotes a sense of independence, dignity and respect.
