We provide a monthly statement that details your business activity. We will itemize the number of checks paid and checks deposited. Your account will receive an earnings credit to offset your monthly fees. Detailed information will help you manage the cash flow of your business.

In accordance with the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, we do exchange our customer's credit information with credit reporting agencies. We do provide information about you and your transactions to government agencies or regulators, and to law enforcement agencies where required or allowed by law. Additionally, we disclose information to comply with subpoenas, summons, and judicial process, and to prevent fraud or other illegal activities. In the course of our business, we maintain relationships with certain nonaffiliated third parties who act as our agents.

We limit the use and collection of information about our customers to that which we believe is necessary to administer our business, provide quality service, and offer opportunities that we believe may be of interest to our customers. This means that we will use information to help us identify and mitigate potential risks and losses to the bank; and to help us identify additional products and services which we believe customers might want.
