ourtesy Realty was established in La Verne in 1984 by the husband and wife team of Tom and Cindy Clabaugh. Because of their strong belief in service, integrity and a “can-do ” attitude toward the real estate business, Courtesy Realty has prospered and continues to grow. Tom was first licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in 1981 and achieved his Real Estate Brokers License in 1990. In order to maintain a high standard of knowledge and service, Tom has pursued educational designations that require added time and effort. Namely, Tom has obtained his GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), and the CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist). Both Tom and Cindy have their CRB designation (Certified Residential Broker). Cindy was first licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in 1977 and achieved her Real Estate Brokers License in 1982.
