Description

Mr. Canning has 27 years of experience with J.P. Morgan and its predecessor firms and is a founding partner of CoveView. At J.P. Morgan, he was most recently a Managing Director in the Restructuring Group. He has extensive experience in restructuring-related capital markets transactions, including rescue, DIP and exit financings, for companies in circumstances that are stressed, distressed or in Chapter 11. Previously, Mr. Canning was Co-Head of Credit Risk Management for Europe, where he was responsible for the workout function, among others.
