CK is dedicated to providing excellent service to our families. We partner with our families and work diligently to help them succeed. In addition, Covenant Kids strives to serve God by ministering to children. Our employees feel that God has placed them with this agency to do His work. We strive to face every situation from a Christian perspective.

Covenant Kids is dedicated to providing the very best service to our children and families. Our team is made up of skilled professionals who share in our agency’s mission and who have a passion for seeing children heal from the abuse and neglect that they have experienced.

Covenant Kids has three offices in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and serves families and children throughout the state. We provide services for birth families throughout the United States, including pregnancy counseling and Private Domestic Adoption services.

Mike joined Covenant Kids in December of 2012 as the Accounting Director. He is a CPA and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Loyola University in New Orleans. He has fifteen years of experience in public accounting and has worked in private practice for seven years before coming to Covenant Kids. In private practice Mike specialized in non-profit accounting working with not-for-profit organizations including churches and private schools. Mike oversees the financial and accounting operations of Covenant Kids.

Bachelor’s Degree plus experience working with children and families required. Preference given to candidates with two or more years experience in Child Welfare, particularly in the areas of Investigation, Legal/Ongoing Casework, and/or Kinship Care. Additional preference given to candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, or other human services related field. Master’s Degree, and/or License in Social Work, Counseling, or other Human Services field a plus. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
