From this research, we developed and produced an exclusive formula that Cover-Pools has been using for over 20 years, with minor modifications as technology has improved. Every component of the vinyl cover is made in the United States from the best materials available. We have installed thousands of pool covers that prove our material is durable. While we continue to test new materials introduced by fabric manufacturers, we have yet to find a product superior to our current, exclusive fabric formula.

Cover-Pools recognizes that a swimming pool environment can often be harsh on a pool's environment. Chlorine and other chemicals, and more recently the popularity of salt water pools have combined to challenge manufacturers to re-engineer their products. Accordingly, Cover-Pools has introduced its Corr-Resist line of products. We anodize our roller drum. We provide hybrid end hubs and rope reels, which use both stainless steel and durable polymers to reduce corrosion. This level of protection is accomplished without any of the problems associated with introducing zinc anodes into the pool.

Cover-Pools and Herculite Products developed an exclusive pool cover formula with over 20 years of experience that is superior to all other cover fabric for a pool environment. Most pool covers use a coated vinyl, leaving thin areas that create a greater risk to water exposure. Cover-Pools exclusive laminated vinyl is composed of two equal layers of vinyl evenly protecting the scrim from exposure.
