Description

Cozy Point Ranch is a 170 acre horse and cattle ranch located at the confluence of the Roaring Fork River and Brush creek in the Roaring Fork Valley Midway between the communities of Aspen, Snowmass village, and Woody Creek, Colorado. The ranch consists of approximately 60 acres of flat irrigated hay meadow & pasture, 30 acres of equestrian facilities with the balance of the land in wooded hillsides of Pinion, Juniper and Sage. The ranch lies on a wide bench above the Roaring Fork River at an elevation of 7500 feet with views of the 12-14,000' Elk Mountains to the south and the Sawatch Range, including independence pass, to the north and east.
